I had the pleasure to taste the new Highland Park Loki, on October 29, 2013, prior to its release in Ontario. The Loki is the second in the Valhalla Collection which was launched successfully with Thor – which has long since sold out. With a limited supply and a price above $250, the Loki will sell out quickly and those that hesitate will miss out on this interesting new flavour profile that has a hint of smoke.
