The third of our 2013/4 yurt dinners is with renowned Canadian distiller and owner of Forty Creek Whisky John K Hall! Since 1992, John has been producing Forty Creek Whisky to worldwide acclaim, and we are delighted to host him in the yurt for this unique event. We’ll be featuring a flight of seven Forty Creek spirits, selected personally by John, which will be paired on the night with a a variety of tasting dishes beginning with freshly shucked Malpeque oysters.
