KWC Quaich Fall Kickoff 2014

Our 2014/2015 KWC Quaich season kickoff event at our traditional spot, Cafe 13’s The Galt Club. We’ll have our traditional customized three course menu with our usual great selections of single malt whiskies, a dram per course. We’ll be having a new release from Glenora Distillery, Cape Breton. (If you can tell me what it is when you arrive, an extra ticket for you for our door prize!) We’ll formally welcome new members and look forward to greeting current members and friends again. Please join us – we look forward to seeing you there!

Time: 6:30 – 7:00 reception 7:00 – 9:30 Dinner

Single Malt Whiskies: A new offering from Glenora Distillery, Cape Breton TBA; Tobermory 18yr Cask Strength; Glenlossie 19yr.

•Cafe 13 Caesar Salad finished with smoked Bacon & Padano Cheese
•Butterfly Tiger Coconut Shrimp with a Spicy Mango Dipping Sauce

•Braised Eye of the Round Beef Medallion finished with a Mixed Mushrooms served over Vidalia Onion Scalloped Potatoes with Caramelized Green Beans
•Pan Roasted Yellow Perch Fillets finished in a Creamy Dill & Lime Sauce served over a Rosti Potato topped with a fresh Cucumber and Roasted Garlic Salsa
•Sweet Potato and 3 Cheese Lasagna with Spinach in a Chipotle Tomato Sauce & Julienned Asparagus served with Roasted Garlic Butter Baguette

•Irish Cream Callebaut Chocolate Mousse
•Fresh Berry and French Vanilla Parfait
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after end of day Monday October 6th will be required to pay in full as the venue will charge us for numbers provided by that time.
