Cue6 is hosting a five-course scotch tasting at Habits Gastropub in downtown Toronto.
This is the first ‘Guilty’ pleasure party leading up to our production of The Guilty Party- a new play by Cue6 co-founder Sarah Illiatovitch-Goldman.
The guided tasting menu created by Habits Executive Chef Tim Pettigrew (Grindhouse, An Sibin) will include five samplings of whiskey, each alongside a gourmet food pairing. Connoisseurs will have an opportunity to enjoy some of their favourites while those who are new to the world of whiskey will be introduced to an indulgent array of blends and malts.
Doors open at 7:30pm. The guided tasting begins at 8:00pm.

2: Tullamore Dew paired with grilled flatiron satay and anchovy truffle pesto
3: Old Pulteney paired with candy gravlax of rainbow trout, and smoked paprika-horseradish aioli
4: Tullibardine paired with sticky toffee pudding with a sea salt finish
5: Laphroaig paired with Thunder Oak gouda & chorizo and a jalapeno-pineapple jelly.
